Department of Management Sciences organizes “Marketing Mania 2018”

In order to provide the practical exposure to the students of marketing subject, Department of Management Sciences organized “Marketing Mania 2018” on 26th of April 2018. The aim of this activity was to enhance the marketing skills of participating teams.

The basic outcome was the practical application of theoretical marketing knowledge in the field. Students’ teams visited different business units in Gujranwala division for sponsorship. Around forty plus local business units appreciated and sponsored this event either by cash or providing promotional stuff.

There were 21 groups as contestants in this event and the evaluation was under; best business idea; best brand integration; best stall decoration; best promotion campaign on social media; best promotion campaign on printing materials; best customer services; and corporate social responsibility

Contestants were evaluated by internal faculty members and external assessors from University of Gujrat and University of the Punjab. Guests from the industry were also present at the event. Shields and certificates of recognition were awarded to the participants and winners in all categories.
